The fact that the core is split into two sections, makes me wonder if there'll be a new slip form added for the smaller section. I believe the top two offset floors have lift access... I'll need to go back and find the plans on the DA.

Wouldn't that make it three sections? They already shrank the core box once, when they reached the top of the podium and the hotel elevators stopped

I actually think that Dwell could provide for a perfect opportunity to demonstrate what the East End has always been about. Before the Markets closed and Maras build the apartment and retail precinct that occupies much of the site, there were a heap of large murals that filled the blank walls around the place but were covered up by the various developments though obviously the big piece on the corner of Frome/Rundle Street(s) is still there. Why not open the floor to artists who specialise in public art and create something unique? Think the silo art projects... Could turn a otherwise communist bloc looking building into a big blank canvas...

This ^^^. Makatron painted the original and the latest Rhino Room murals. I'll yell out to him to see if can find a path towards this vision being actioned.
