The agents lies are now coming back to bite them. I was at a sales launch last year where prospective buyers were told their eastern views could not be blocked out as it was all heritage buildings to the east of Pulteney. As it was a large group I didn't say anything, but just this week a large proposal directly opposite Sky has been lodged, blocking the only views left this development had. If construction doesn't start imminently then I don't think it will happen at all once word gets out of the new development. Could be another case similar to Adelaidean vs NT Student accom.

They seem to push them as investment properties (manged rights, no car parks) , and views probably aren't that important when you look on Airbnb for a place close to Calvary.

Pricing seems expensive, though.

Spoke to an agent today, said they have sold 15 apartments and are planning to start construction early next year.

They’ve been saying that for years. I wouldn’t buy in this project. After 2 and a half years they’re advertising 40% sales.. not a good sign.

I reckon it might be dead. As Smithy85 said they were really pushing hard earlier in the year but
it seems to have gone quiet.

There's a large advertisement for this in the domestic baggage collection hall at AA.

Walked past today. All the branding still on the window and sales office there. Looks like the back is being used as a gym.
