update 17/5/2020 - view from Wright Court of the western side and eastern side from Croglin St. externally the building is in 3 sections the bottom 5 floors then the middle floors with the yellow window frames then the top levels with some precast panels at south east corner. The facade looks incredibly busy in that last shot (maybe the effect of the angle and reflections against the windows?). But I quite like this.

Yes, to me the renders look like three different buildings stuck on top of each other. Waiting for final completion before passing further judgment though.

I've walked past this many times over the past few months, and i'm not really loving the external look. Those multi-coloured vertical shutters (or whatever they are) down the windows are a strange touch..... which i'm hoping are not completely finished just yet. I'm guessing this is going to be on the affordable end of the hotel price range?
