This site is becoming more visible from king William St. This will help hide the west wall of Kodo which some of you did not like.

Has this topped out? Looks shorter than 78m or is it just me?

There are 5 crane pieces on site for a rise any day now.
Also piling has started on the office building adjacent. I have searched the net but can’t find any renders of this. I know it is 6 levels with ground floor retail and is the last piece of the puzzle for this development

Is that for where the townhouses were proposed originally?Ben wrote: ↑Sun Jul 26, 2020 3:31 pmThere are 5 crane pieces on site for a rise any day now. I must admit, I'm pleasantly surprised by how this is progressing and revealing it's finished form. Yes, it may be simple, but the simple colour pallet with decent reflective glazing is quite nice. A standout? Far from it. But this may not end up being the blight on the skyline I first thought.
Nice shots Ben, the elevated Winter garden you have access looks good! Curious to know more about the office building too.

Great photo, Ben. I think the relative simplicity of this one goes well with the comparative "busyness" of Kodo and the Federal Court building.
