The plans are on page one of the thread. Stage 2 however has been altered since to be shorter than originally proposed.

Okay great so it’s the taller of the two.

Parts of stage 1 look fantastic but the white panels on the Easter facade, against the wooden and glass facade make it look unfinished.

Why can’t they paint the concrete exposed in the western wall?

Basement excavation is well under way, pictures 3/7/2021.

excavation of the basement is finished and re-inforcing is being installed. i think there is a crane base in the far south east corner (see red arrow) behind the heap of dirt..
