The last few days there’s has been lots of works on site cleaning it up and doing some works to the fence. Also looked like they were doing repairs to the electrical building on the corner.

I used to work not far from this site ten years ago. It was sad to see it sitting empty then and still is. I really don't understand why heritage buildings and other properties are allowed to be bulldozed when sites like this sit vacant for decades on end especially in a capital city. Does this stuff happen in any of the eastern states? I doubt it

The Adelaide CBD is -huge- compared to the size of CBDs in other cities within Australia. Unfortunately, as a result of its geographical size, the problem of abandoned and vacant building sites will always be a problem.

yeah no that's not it

the City of Adelaide is not all CBD...most of it is residential. The CBD is Grote/Wakefield to North Terrace and Pulteney to Morphett St.

Google Maps, the ABS, planning agencies, etc. all say otherwise, but you do you boo.
