There seems to be a lot of activity using a vertical steel "template" that is moved from foundation area to area. It is on the RHS in one photo. I guess it is setting the levels so that the steelwork can be installed vertically from each foundation base. The lift cores look to be ready to rise and I am assuming that things will progress visibly when the multi storey steel frame starts to be delivered. A couple of photos from yesterday evening

Both the service cores have had one rise off the ground and now have "Synergy" signage. The southern 1/2 of the actual ground floor is formed up ready to be concreted.

Concrete being pumped today for the foundation / slab. This should move quickly once the steel framework starts getting delivered and installed

Yes this will go up very quickly as it's using the Fielders Slimdek system which means minimal/no formwork propping (same system used on 115 KWS).

I think you are right - they are still talking January. The steelwork started this weekend and will be pretty fast from now on. A few shots from this morning.

Another picture of the steel work. Notice the red hand rails already attached. it is a lot easier to attach them while the beam is on the ground before it is lifted into place.
