Not 1 piling rig, but 2 one near Grote St and 1 near Gouger St and the 1 near Grote St was actually digging yesterday, 12/4/2024.

From yesterday, they were pouring the western perimeter foundation - and a photo of teh model in the KWS showroom - it shows the market apartments at around double the height of the Hilton.
