Read the AFR mate - highly detailed info right through the recession. Accurate and reliable.They say we have not been as badly affected but taken over the nation, not good either. Look at QLD and NSW.

It is sad, but on the other hand we have known this project was dead for a while. At least the current use of the site is a relatively minor alteration, meaning that the site is still available for a few years down the track. It could have been worse, someone could have decided to build a new smaller building on the site.
