Is this project still on budget ? It's taken so long, surely it must have blown out. Have you seen this bloody thing? It's huge. It was on contaminated ground. It was on sinking ground. I'm impressed they've done it in the time they have. Three years for an amazing piece of architecture doesn't see...

This picture is divine:
Well done Xaragmata. I always enjoy your contribution and photography.
SAHMRI clearly wins most attractive new building in SA and will battle well on a national level too!

Have you ever been to any stadium, anywhere, ever?!? If you want a comfy seat, stay at home. Most grounds have bucket seats...and more to the point, they're not THAT uncomfy.

Cr Plumridge, I respect the fact that you have an open dialogue with this forum as well as the community but this is straight up crazy talk: "In my opinion, the bottom line here is that no self-respecting person, let alone a family, would want to go anywhere near the city at night because we ha...

Coming in from the West to the city is going to be an architecturally amazing journey in a few years! This is all good news, but I am hopeful they try and find a new home for the North Terrace skate park. It would be a shame to not give those young people an alternative place to congregate. It alway...

People harping on about views, vibes, complete stadium, concrete overload, price of progress etc... I don't think you realise.... no one gives a rat's about that stuff when going to sporting grounds. There are stadia around the world that have tradition but usually it's because of what happens on th...

Re: University of South Australia - Developments and News
The Magill campus has stunning architecture and open spaces. It does not really need to be a university. I would hazard a guess that it could be used better as a cultural precinct for the East with cafes, shops etc.

Ah yes - the dining and function room for SACA members and the elites. What cost to ordinary taxpayers who'll never step foot inside it? (I know it's a standard feature of stadiums but I think the government's out of touch when they promote this) It doesn't cost the tax payer anything. Like any fun...

No offence to anyone on here, but I hardly think you're in a position to be picky. This site has been vacant for years; would you rather something decent go there or sit empty for many more over-ambitious high-rise development proposals? It's 29m and quite sleek looking, it's not going to get any h...
