The project map on the project site is still not current. Latest Nearmap at the Bolivar Rd interchange site shows clearing for a northbound on-ramp. Interestingly, the space cleared for the northbound off-ramp indicates it will now pass under the future interchange bridge and connect to Bolivar road...
