No crane base as far as I can tell. Lots of concrete capping work going on around the perimeter.

As expected. “The project will continue as planned (30 storeys over 103.2 metres) with Western Core Projects to take reasonable steps to minimise noise and provide temporary screens on western-facing windows (up to level 15) to obstruct direct views of the courts building during construction,” he s...

Re: News & Discussion: Adelaide Urban Sprawl & Density

Cheers Wayno. One thing that does concern me about these new zoning changes is the yellow parcels of land, which are those "semi-rural" housing estates. What's stooping landowners from subdividing to the bare minimum size of land parcels which effectively makes them urbanized? The Council...

Fencing all around and salvage company signs posted. I believe this is an Aldi in the making? If so it'll be a traff...

How is that outside the square? Everyone wants to do something on the riverbank. Putting it in the old RAH site would be thinking out the square You're taking the 'square' too literally. A gallery where an existing plot of buildings exists (even if they are demolished) won't change the postcard pho...

Apparently 5 of these are already sold. One apartment (250sqm) per level. It's at 252 East Terrace I think. 2 separate buildings.
