The description is in the article.
Pier street to the laneway that links the esplanade to Oldham street. The whole block is going to be cleared to make way for this development. Five levels at Pier Street climbing to 13 levels at the laneway.

It's 21-25 not 1-25!

That's 14 to 17 pictured in your screenshot. 21 to 25 are known as the Seawall Apartments, and are located between Pier Street and Saltram Street.
My bad

How about this.

Could that be the "Dominator 1" proposal?
That was for corner of Pulteney and Flinders. The description definitely said Pirie Street, and looking at the road intersecting it, it could only be Frome.

Re: News & Discussion: General CBD Development

I discovered a render of a 40 storey mixed use building for Pirie Street that belongs to the Anthony Donato Architecture website. Unfortunately I can't access the website because my security settings claim that it is unsafe at present. The render could only be for the corner of Frome Street where th...

Surprised about the cinema part of the proposal given that Wallis Cinemas are just a hop skip and jump up the road at Mitcham.
....and that there will be a multiscreen cinema complex at the Burnside Village extension.

There was an article in the Advertiser yesterday behind a paywall regarding a 9 level hotel planned for Whyalla. If anyone with access could post it, that would be greatly appreciated.

why can't we have something that is visibly higher than westpac?? why is it so hard to achieve this?? The airport radar keeps coming up. I agree. We are 30 years overdue for that iconic 50 storey tower. Until it happens we remain a backwater. Sent from my SM-A515F using Tapatalk The only way would ...

Article over at InDaily : 'Plans lodged for "iconic flagship" building at Lot Fourteen' Lettable area of 35,000 sqm, apparently. With Festival Square and the Charter Hall proposal on KWS similarly large, it's hard to see all three getting up within 5 years. Charter Hall has secured Services Austral...

"The Cullinan project manager John Ong told InDaily stage one of the new residential and retail developments would begin in November and consist of a 15-storey residentia...
