Re: New City Arena

Labor have pledged to scrap this and redirect funding to health care. Got my vote on this policy alone. Priorities. Wouldn't be surprised if they do tge Memorial Drive upgrade instead. We can have better health care and a new arena without spending 3 quarters of a billion on an arena alone. How qui...

[CAN] Re: 211-215 South Terrace | 62 & 48m | 19 & 15 Lvls | Apartments

Seems this site (between the Sage and the Chifley) now has SWP status...there is fencing around the whole site now and demolition appears to be finished with activity on site still ongoing....can anyone provide any further insight as to what is happening with this site/project? I'm pretty sure that...

[U/C] Re: Memorial Drive upgrade

Most appalling vanity project I've seen from an SA government. What's the next secret stage. A retractable tennis court to reveal a swimming pool for the PAC swimming carnival? Fuck me dead I'm no fan of continuing to polish this turd. However given the hate on here and in general for the rail yard...

Okay great so it’s the taller of the two. Parts of stage 1 look fantastic but the white panels on the Easter facade, against the wooden and glass facade make it look unfinished. Why can’t they paint the concrete exposed in the western wall? The most recent render https://i.imgur.com/NpmKCf7.png

Who is the builder?

It was Marshall and Brougham, but they took down their signage some time ago. There's no indication of a builder, which is unusual!
