Believe the last concrete floor pour was done today. So we only have the roof left on top on this slab which is above the eight floors of balconied apartments. That should be the final height. Cheers I've also heard that the final concrete deck is the roof, so theres no more superstructure to come ...

There’s still some kind of activity going on in there, by the looks....

TSA, as of earlier this month Target Fulham Gardens was certainly closing, not due to the retailers restructure plans but because of a rental renew dispute. It's due to close in August. Confirmed. https://7news.com.au/business/retail/target-fulham-gardens-to-shut-and-be-replaced-by-woolworths-and-d...

Re: News & Discussion: Other Metropolitan Developments

Without being able to read the article, the excerpt you posted makes it sound as though the proposal was akin to a car yard. In which case, probably a good thing it was rejected. There's a render in the article, it was akin to a Mile End Home Centre type setup. I have a feeling they intended to use...

Cant recall if there's an earlier post about the old Schweppes factory re-development on Payneham Rd, but the project has been canned in any case. One resident objected to the already approved proposal, and won. https://www.adelaidenow.com.au/messenger/east-hills/one-mans-appeal-against-payneham-sch...

KFC in Myer Centre has closed recently a big black hoarding has been put over it. Unsure if its just closed for reno or closed permanently. It has definitely made McDonald's even busier now being the only fast food chain in there. Not sure if posted elsewhere, but the Pulteney St tenancy next to Ro...

ANZ cnr King William and Waymouth is closed for renovations. Must be extensive as says they don't reopen until October 30!
I just happened to walk past and see through the door.

It looks like a complete gut and re-fit - ceiling is gone and internal partition walls are being demolished.
