Great idea, great location right near the edge of the city, nice use of the old hotel.

Watch the Walkerville Council blow this to pieces.

Have we had a single multi-building project in Adelaide that HASN'T been a complete balls-up?

What other heritage things need to be restored to Adelaide Railway Station?
Replacing the Convention Centre carparks with platforms for regional & interstate trains.

[U/C] Re: Central Market Arcade Redevelopment | 130m | 39 levels

Yeah, imagine if we had a large public square in the centre of Adelaide! Maybe you could even add some more. Can you imagine if we had, like, 5 squares spread throughout the CBD? Maybe another one in North Adelaide for good measure? But, alas...

[PRO] Re: Masonic Lodge | 183m | 42 Levels | Mixed Use

When even the RAA are agreeing with increased spending on the rail network, you know it NEEDS to be done.

[SWP] Re: New Womens and Childrens Hospital

Even if you ignore the heritage buildings, the parklands or the imaginary strawman complaints about aircraft noise, it's still a crappy location. The fact the main entrance would be around 700m from the corner of North & West Terraces mean that most people are unlikely to park in the CBD & w...

Here's a photo of the Southen Cross site post-hotel demolition
