More land sought for new development

he developers of a proposed new town on Adelaide's northern outskirts want to increase its size to 1,300 hectares.

The Walker Corporation has applied to expand the Buckland Park development by 300 hectares to allow better ...

apparently land owners in the area are already being made offers, not a huge amount, but i didn't think it was going ahead yet for sure? or is it now?

so anyone hear anything new on this topic?? its been a bit quiet
