Re: Murray Bridge | Developments & News
Looks like the proposed Water Sport Park has been derailed. Hopefully it can get back on track, it would be great to have it at that location. Sounds like it was approved by the council planning department, Department of Environment and Water and the EPA but still got knocked back by council. https:...

[COM] Re: Adelaide Oval Hotel
One thing I can't un-see with the new Hotel is the air conditioners on the top of the new building. They have placed a screen at the front of them but from the other side of King William Rd you see the top half of the AC units and it looks very unfinished. The rest of the Hotel has come up really ni...

Re: News & Discussion: Adelaide Metro Buses
It appears the Urrbrae campuses of Uni SA and Tafe have been disregarded. The service that was going down Waite Rd looks to be discontinued and the closest bus to the City is more than 1km away at The Tollgate or Fullarton Rd. I'd think it's a mistake to drop that service. Interesting that they nego...

TSA, as of earlier this month Target Fulham Gardens was certainly closing, not due to the retailers restructure plans but because of a rental renew dispute. It's due to close in August.

There's an article on Adelaidenow regarding the State Government possibly buying the site. I'm sorry I don't haves access to the full article. Le Cornu site on government radar. It’s one of the biggest development sites on offer near the city. Now there’s speculation the State Government could snap ...

Apart from the helipad is it out of place? There are enough 7-8 story developments happening in and around The Parade now to justify the opposite opinion.

It's a strange decision considering the home delivery service that both major chains provide. It must be for the quick grab a couple of things and go but if that's the case I can't see it worth the hours to man it.I Follow PAFC wrote: ↑Wed Feb 19, 2020 7:01 pmWoolworths has plans to install a supermarket drive-through at Arndale.......

Westpac is at 68m above sea level. Adelaidean is at 53m. That's a significant difference in height.

perpetuate the need for air-con 24/7 as I haven't seen a single eave or shade structure yet (lord knows how they meet the energy codes). Zippy, it's been a while since I looked at it but the Energy Ratings used to favor buildings that were good at keeping warm in winter over their ability to keep c...

[COM] Re: Oaklands Crossing | $174m
Am I missing something, how does the Oaklands Crossing cause any disruption to the Tonsley line?
To give my 2 cents worth three weeks to connect in the new rail is ridiculous. What part of it can possibly take that long that can't be done prior while the existing line is still open?

SBD, the point I was wondering about is why the say it starts at FMC.
Couldn't they say it will be dual carriageway from the CBD to Sellicks Beach?
