Siteworks have commenced. There's several excavators on site, plenty of workers and signage is up. I'd also assume that site site will have a tower crane also at some stage.

I wouldn't read too much into the detail of that tracker. Look at Keystone for example, it suggests a stepped roof and exposed LMR which the latest renders show it enclosed.

I'd suggest it indicates massing/building envelopes more than detailed shapes and profiles.

I believe Market hall was always expected to take up around 40% of the new footprint, in a style that makes the extension almost identical to the current market floor.

The crane is currently on it's way to being removed. The tower is being removed section by section, the crane is almost equal height to the roof.

The crane is fully assembled now.

I can also see that the floor plate slip form is being removed on the eastern side. Just the upper gold crown, lower car park screening and last concrete painting to go until it's externally visually complete!

I noticed today that the brick facade on the podium is underway, it's looking really good!

Not forgetting two levels of basement... To have the entire footprint covered in effectively five full levels in five months is very respectable.
