Re: News & Developments: Bowden TOD

It's difficult to see how all of them could be retained with a full-size oval on the site - assuming any oval would be placed to the north of the site away from the bulk of the heritage structures then still the northernmost one or two buildings would have to be removed. The removal of East Street e...

[PRO] Re: Hindmarsh Stadium Upgrade

There are three heritage buildings to the south - the fire station, the chapel and the adjacent row of cottages. If all three were moved then the whole stadium can be shifted to the south over Hindmarsh Place. That would remove pretty much all constraints on expanding the stands.

On Fridays it's around 50, sometimes less. it seems that everyone wants to work from home on a Friday which I pe...

The existing units have recently been retrofitted with USB chargers too.
As have the 3000 class. Plus they seem to be getting new grey flooring like the 4000s. Yay.

Yeah it's tiny and a waste of a prime site but I do think the building itself looks pretty good.

Re: Adelaide Oval Expansion

As Patrick alluded - the maximum ground capacity is completely irrelevant in this decision as in SA the crowd is currently limited to 20,000. The Grand Final went to WA because they do not have the same capacity restrictions as SA - this is a product of the COVID situation and current health direct...
