[U/C] Re: 52-66 King William Street | ~65m | 15 Levels | Southern Cross Arcade
Here’s the article: Southern Cross Arcade on King William St to be demolished for 15-storey tower A popular food court in the city would be demolished to way for a 15-storey office tower under new plans to redevelop a slice of Adelaide’s major CBD thoroughfare. Giuseppe Tauriello, Renato Castello, T...

There’s a render on the front page of Adelaide Now but not one in the story, so I can’t copy the link. If someone’s still on an image hosting site, it’d be great if they could copy it in.
Looks pretty good.

Cladding that tower was an awful decision. 1 King William was once one of Adelaide's most attractive and timeless towers. The plasticy orange and grey cladding and random slanty bits just looks terrible. The original stone was crumbing and in danger of falling on pedestrians, so they had to clad ov...

A Chanel beauty store is opening soon. Even though it’s not a boutique, it’s a decent caliber store for Marion.

[U/C] Re: Festival Plaza Redevelopment | $800 million
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Walker responsible for developing the tower, car park and retail and the government responsible for the open plaza areas? Could the landscaping in the new tower/retail render just be generic, even though in the past the render has included the plaza designs we've s...

I'd imagine there's a fair bit of steel fabrication going on offsite.

The render in that article mentions a re-design. I haven’t seen this whole thread, but I don’t think I’ve seen this before:

Re: News & Discussion : New Restaurants, Bars & Night Clubs
St. Louis is opening somewhere on Rundle Street, any guesses where it's going? There's some non-specific teaser graphics of something coming soon up on the window of the former Mimco store, but that would seem too small (and a weird location — it's all fashion stores there). The former T2 or Max Br...

Re: News & Discussion: CBD Retail
Now that Rundle Plaza and City Arcade have been taken up by new majors, what are everyone's guesses for where Uniqlo or Zara might go? Once the Gawler Place upgrade is complete, it'd be great to see that Gallerie arcade proposal get off the ground with one of the two. Would really help to build the...

[APP] Re: 29 Twin Street | ~122m | 36lvls | Student accom
Not sure if I've missed something here but google maps shows 29 Twin St as the Gays Arcade building. Is this proposal to demolish Gays Arcade or build it on the carpark site directly behind the Ibis? It’s for the land behind Ibis and is the main reason the Jade Monkey was demolished rather than jus...
