I spy some brick work on the Grote street side!

I’ve just gone past on the bus and it looks like the majority of the building has been demolished.

Not sure what they’re doing here tonight, some sort of plumbing work maybe?

Edit - same works occurring on the Gouger Street side.

Love the ground floor. Unfortunately the rest of the building is reminding me of what's planned for the old Adelaide Metro site.

Ok so this is what I was remembering. The retail podium goes up to level 5 but the actual podium goes up to level 4.

It’s a huge site. I was expecting extra time for the first couple of levels. Work is starting on the towers now so should go up more quickly.

From today. Can anybody tell what level the podium is up to? I’ve been trying to keep track based on the renders but I’m just not sure. Going by memory, the podium goes up to level 5.
