I went through the new(ish) Port Adelaide Plaza yesterday and two tenancies had a sign on saying 'Now in possession of the lessor', which I can't imagine is good news.
Both had ceased trading. One was the bubble tea shop near Coles (which had tradies in converting it to another brand of bubble tea ...

I note that they are refitting the old BNKR store on the cnr of Pultney and Rundle Mall - maybe that's where the Dr M's place will be

Movement in the old Strandbags tenancy today. I note last week that the old Jeans West place was incorporated into the space and today a divider has been placed half way in the SB place to create two equal sized tenancies. Makes sense I suppose as the old SB shop was quite large.

Last I heard that Sephora may go where Strandbags is now on the corner of Gawler. I note that the tenancy next door to it on Rundle Mall is empty now too so it could be a large space if they decide to combine.

Looks like Starfish plan to turn the old DMH into a $30m boutique retro hotel. I do like the idea of a hotel in this location, but not sure of the themeing as these get old pretty quick.

I noticed that the fancy Max Mara has closed down on North Terrace. Nice location for a boutique brand.
