So Renew SA are demolishing this? Why? Has a development been approved?


I suspect it's an easier sell if the site is shovel ready. Personally I prefer an empty site as it leaves other option but to develop, God forbid they repurposed either building when it's a prime development site.

Will be interesting to see what's planned for the James Place upgrade. Hopefully ithe investment encourages more food venues and small bars to activate after hours.

On the point about the activation that 1FT has brough to the area, it definitely felt a bit busier in the plaza last night. All of these workers in the neighbouring tower are about to have a front row seat to this go up.
