Agreed. I like the idea of a new hospital, but the railway yards site (assuming it takes up a significant proportion of the land) is just a waste.

The thing about over/underpasses is that they don't actually alleviate traffic. They just let it move somewhere else faster. There's nowhere new for it to go.
