not sure how the new ultimate membership will work. Don't think there is a new ultimate membership. Looks like SACA will now offer memberships to everyone on the waiting list (non-transferable), while footy fans will have the option of buying Crows-only, Power-only or all-footy tickets (transferabl...

Re: Something needs to be done about Sandy Wilkinson

yep I'm well aware of this and those graduates are just that until they are registered. I was just stating that he is on a fine line referring to himself as qualified in architecture, he is one slip away from being in breech as he is implying he is indeed an architect which he is not.

[COM] Re: SWP: Victoria Square Upgrade - $24m

I think that the beloved food trucks are not the right idea to replace a brick and mortar cafe. people need to know there is always a coffee/dining option there to draw them in, not go in the hope that someone will be there selling food. also kind of defeats the purpose of the food trucks if they ar...

He has been very careful with his wording, as he is not a registered architect so therefore cannot refer to himself as one

Re: Visual Development Data

Nice work... clear and simple. Not at all aware of how that all works, but here are a couple of suggestions:

be able to sort the list by property/development type not just date?
link to the public notification docs if possible once you select a property?

I saw this in the Advertiser, but can't see what the fuss is about. It's just a tree for goodness sake! If it's dead, get rid of it and put a new one in (preferably one that looks good) or else use the space for something other than a tree. The fact that the tree was there first, and has been aroun...

sadly, this all looks like it is leading to the "oaks mayfield" when they dont sell at that price. They could only hope that they sell off the plan to people who cant read plans because it is way over priced for what is essentially the current standard for student accom. makes the ipad apartments on...

Re: U/C: Adelaide Airport Carpark & Pedestrian Plaza

I agree it's a shocker of a plan but have been told its a federal initiative based on security and the terrorism act that airplane terminals and mass populated areas need to be moved away from places where terrorists could easily drive vehicles loaded with explosives.... Seems bizarre as what's to ...

17 floors of residential for 12,000,000? i hope they are small floorplates. while I encourage developments, I hope the quality is not lacking, which I fear it will be. Calling it student accom shouldnt be a qualification to allow cheap sub standard developments. I hope im wrong as this will stand ou...

Re: U/C: Electrification & Upgrade of the Adelaide Rail Netw

I think they may be ribbed for 2 reasons: 1.a ribbed profile provides more strength then a flat panel, so they could potentially save weight and material on framing. a flat panel will show even the slightest dent/bend/scratch where as a ribbed panel is much harder to pick up small imperfections. 2.J...

Thanks for all these updates! The money-hungry Nearmap capitalists have forever sealed off free public access to their site, so you're our main man now. I just enquired about price, said they would let me know in 3 business days!!!!!!! So much customers being important, how hard can it be to send a...
