Couldn't agree more with you, Shuz. Although perhaps their designs lacked glamour at least they were developing sites ... I certainly wouldn't comment on 379 KWS being a "beautiful" design but I do believe we can have a good blend of stock economically viable and visually stunning buildings and Tanc...

Re: News & Discussion: Public Transport
Just wondering if it is time to consider closing Currie/Grenfell sts to all but bus and taxis and create a transit zone. An exemption would also be required for deliveries to businesses along there, such as the Rundle Place loading dock. What about people like me whose only way out is Currie/Grenfe...

Thought the picture was a render for a second  Browser translated the website itself. Horrible english, but not too hard to understand. Waymouth St may be “born” a 34-story building (128 metres), this building than just Adelaide tallest building (Westpac House) short four metres, and nearly hal...

But except for Sydney Tower maybe, would the general public mostly including people overseas really think about their dense skyline or their suburban skylines? We are talking about first thoughts

Even though reports tell us we are doing shit, a boom seems closer than ever. House prices in South Australia(or Adelaide?) had the highest growth for the first quarter of year along with NSW. Plus, we also had the second highest house approvals at 8.8%.
