Yeah it is. Main St. Prime site. Short stumpy building full of public servants. I wouldn't. Unless this in an amazing design, there are enough dumpy 50-60 metre buildings lining King William Street. Once it is there it won't be going anywhere, so if it takes decades for something better to be built then so be it. A well designed 50m building is bester than a poor or average 10...

If brands like Gucci, Louis Vuitton etc come here that would be their first ever stores in Adelaide is that correct?

To be honest, this would be really big for Adelaide if this was able to bring a major tech company here, especially if it was their head Australian office.

By examining the photo close up the depth of field seems to be correct if the sharpest point of focus is the closest building, baring in mind a telephoto lens has a shallower depth of field than say a standard or wide angle focal length lens, meaning this has not been cropped to the degree of using...

Im 99.9% certain this photo is not a montage but a correct photograph that has been taken from the new development on the corner of George St/Greenhill Road. The line of sight of all buildings shown in that photo, when lined up from said development on Greenhill Road, are true and correct. The Wesf...

Makes you wonder why taller buildings can get up in strange pockets of the city (like CBD east) meanwhile there seems to be this stunted growth with those buildings along Waymouth/Pirie and Currie/Grenfell. This building looks great but would have looked better with a podium spanning the whole site...

For reference, this being finished late next year would mean it progresses at a similar rate to the Adelaidean right next door. Brother, comparing an apartment building time frame to a student building time frame is ludicrous. Student buildings go up like lightning. With the student accommodation o...

I would think very late 2021 Sent from my SM-J730G using Tapatalk That's utter garbage. Assuming that they build one level a week, then this should nearly top out at the end of this year. Accordingly I would think they would be hoping to finish early next year. Asks for an estimated completion date...

Re: Moving the airport to a less populated area
My guess is that the Covid 19 crisis has put back Adelaide Airport's plans at least 5 years.... I don't expect passenger number to return to 2019 levels until 2024 or 2025. There wont be any international travel until a vaccine is created and distributed , and then only vaccinated tourists will be ...
