Yep, this ones looking good now. Saw a foundation pour on tuesday I think it was, one HELLUVA deep hole for this one, as deep as CC1 nearly was. Underground carparking I assume?

Work on the site next to the Alpha apartments is in full swing, heap of dirt now excavated out, getting quite deep. Wonder if this one will have a tower crane?? Or just a handful of mobiles.

I go past this one everyday on the bus to uni. Took a while to get going but last few months have seen major works on foundations and first floorplates are u/c. There was quite a hole there to begin with.

Fugger me blind! Hadn't heard of this one b4 until pants jogged my mem from a while back. Oath, I want this one to go ahead, not even on the CC block. Surely airspace rules wont screw this one up, it would be the closest development site to Santos itself!

Looking forward to hearing some more.

Geez forgot about this one. Talk about slipping under the radar. Always nice to have a surprise like that tho. I'm not sure I am liking this one atm going by the render, it is awfully thin and gives me the impression that it looks like half a building with rest chopped off. Be nice if it were double...

Nice article in tiser, been wating a fair while for this one. Combined with the new airpiort terminal it will significantly alter the 'first impression' of interstate and for that any overseas vistitors travelling here from interstate. BTW, didn't realise about the 5 level podium sounds pretty good ...

Thanks for that Algernon, certainly going up fast now with floorplates, I think about to start #17 now. The construction looks wicked from VIC square now, and with core still fair way above can envisage the final bulk it will have, throw in that glass and mmmmm horn :) I'd like to think that floorpl...

Have to say I am VERY impressed with how Admiral has turned out. Very nice design, and fits into place just nicely on the corner there.

Also Light Square tower has grown on me....least wont go noticed THAT much.

Yep! Lookin a little naked without the corebox, but the rest of the structure is starting to impose from all angles of the skyline, especially VIC square. Glass also making progress, fair bit more gone up since last week.

Floorplates around level 15/16.

This building is seriously looking good. Had a stroll past there this morning and boy it's going to be one sexy beast. Looks quite a bit taller than I thought it would (core height), times it is all done we will have a nice blue/green beast at our disposal. Glass also starting on level 3.

I still think the Santos render looks pretty sexy. Love the dark colour, I have a think for dark blue/black glass and looks swish enough.

IAG a bit less inspiring and totally agree re entrance. As if building is just sitting there with no invite saying "Look at me come inside".
