It's a strange decision considering the home delivery service that both major chains provide. It must be for the quick grab a couple of things and go but if that's the case I can't see it worth the hours to man it.I Follow PAFC wrote: ↑Wed Feb 19, 2020 7:01 pmWoolworths has plans to install a supermarket drive-through at Arndale.......

Headline on Adelaide Now today: 'Builder dumped from $45 apartment project'.
Paywalled article so I haven't read the content but it contains one of the original renders.

Westpac is at 68m above sea level. Adelaidean is at 53m. That's a significant difference in height.

perpetuate the need for air-con 24/7 as I haven't seen a single eave or shade structure yet (lord knows how they meet the energy codes). Zippy, it's been a while since I looked at it but the Energy Ratings used to favor buildings that were good at keeping warm in winter over their ability to keep c...

Am I missing something, how does the Oaklands Crossing cause any disruption to the Tonsley line?
To give my 2 cents worth three weeks to connect in the new rail is ridiculous. What part of it can possibly take that long that can't be done prior while the existing line is still open?

SBD, the point I was wondering about is why the say it starts at FMC.
Couldn't they say it will be dual carriageway from the CBD to Sellicks Beach?

[U/C] Re: North-South Motorway
When both stages are completed the dual-lane carriageway for southern suburbs residents will run continuously from the Flinders Medical Centre to Sellicks Beach. What does this sentence actually mean? If it means that there is dual carriage way all the way then isn't it already dual carriage way we...

There is a feature wall, I believe it is on Hutt St were there are small tiles that move in motion with the wind and change colour in a elegant, subtle manner. Something like this on Kodo at its height would be such a striking finish. 147 Flinders Street I believe you're thinking of. It certainly i...

Hi Patrick,
It was discussed a little bit here: viewtopic.php?f=8&t=2155&p=132375&hilit ... le#p132375
I still struggle to see why they are only building single story on a site so close to the CBD and major transport corridors.

I went for a bit of a drive yesterday to have a look at the site. Will it be parking underneath and warehouse on top? I was expecting to see a half completed warehouse. Seems like it is progressing rather slowly. Looking North East 20160214_101648.jpg Looking South East 20160214_101704.jpg Looking N...

Yep, can't believe it. Goodwood Rd right near the City and right next to the Show Grounds and they don't even want to build more than a single level. Surely they should at least put some more parking in, farmers markets and lots of show weekends the parking is crazy. How many weekends a year would t...

JK, every member had the opportunity to purchase 2x guest passes for the Big Bash semi final.
I have no idea how SACA can make the call to allow guest passes if the ratio of members to guests really is 3/1 and NYE had >40k people attend..
I'd be pretty annoyed if I had to stand up all game.
