I must admit that I don't feel sympathetic to anyone in Victoria.... Maybe that's a bit harsh but I've been to Melbourne quite a few times and some of the people there have been very rude to me because I am from Adelaide. That's a very selfish and ignorant attitude to take out on the entire populac...

How high will alititude be when finished ?

About the same size as conservatory I would imagine.

Construction was meant to begin in January 09. I think the initial sales were quite good but since
then sales have been slow.

The boom on Lot 8 came down yesterday. Conservatory crane survives for another week. Maybe they will leave it there for a while because there's no where else for it to go.

Anyone else noticed they've started to build that new cafe on the eastern side of rundle mall (near the intersection). Should be good, I guess it will be similar to the existing cafe at the other end of the mall.

well without a doubt this crane will be coming down soon, well let's hope it is :? and i'd like to bet it could be moving to the twin tower development on north tce across from the railway station (which needs to start ASAP!!) and the Conservatory building looks like it is close to completion, will...

Those buildings in the virtual tour seemed strange to me as well. They are clearly out of
place. In the future there's likely to be more apartment building go up near the lake,
but I can't see any going up right next to the stadium !
