The challenge for those retail spaces in incorporating a supermarket would be how to deliver stock to the stores. Are there any road access points nearby that wouldn't need extensive demolition?

Uniqlo is looking at opening a second store in Adelaide, most probably at Westfield Marion. The city store is very busy and they regret not going up to the second level which was apparently still under lease to Rebel Sport when they negotiated the lease.
