Monorails are extremely inefficient. Trams are very efficient though.

What about a 'connector' bus to service the new interchange and the Marion bus interchange? Saves the efforts of re-directing buses everywhere. It's not really redirecting, it's more adding another stop to their route, maybe 1 minute extra if they have a stop right next to the station. An extra bus...

Will the Oaklands interchange replace the current Marion bus interchange (Just outside the shopping center) in terms of buses, or will they use both? Why would you want another O-Bahn? Horrible things they are! Trains serve the exact same useful purpose with the ability of carrying larger capacities in any one load. But the O-Bahn is allowed to travel faster than the trains in Adelaide. Plus then you don't have connections, and in turn have more...

I believe the suburban trains should go underground as discussed previously, and then the ARS could be upgraded and used for interstate trains such as the Overland and Ghan. The casino can stay there, it would not make much of a difference (plus it adds a nice restoraunt area too).

If you go to the CBD, with the Grote Street upgrade, tram extension and whatnot, our city is basically one huge construction zone.
