I have found this small office development which is planned for the corner of South Terrace and Hutt Street. It appears to be 4-5 levels high.
Looks nice and modern.

Graet to read that construction is underway on this project. Hopefully it will add another tower crane to the skyline soon.

thats better than before, but we really need to make an effort to increase it to 135m + at least (height of santos) as santos really has no interference with flight path and the 'close proximity to airport' restriction is stupid. Will an IP cross reference with you and shuzstar have an interesting ...

The old Hotel Adelaide International is not going to be demolished, it is receiving an extreme makeover, that will leave the structural skeleton intact.zoggyno1 wrote:Will they need a tower crane for this??? and will they need a tower crane for the old advertiser building???

Although I would welcome the Central market carpark receiving a facelift, in particular the Grote St. facade, I am completely against tampering with the atmosphere of the market. Currently the market is Adelaide's number 1 tourist attraction and I would be horrified if it were ever transformed into ...

And I don't understand why everyone hates the Myer Centre. Whilst it's colour scheme is a bit different, it is much better than the old Myer building which was tired and dated. On the inside the Myer department store is very impressive and appears world class, unlike the old building... Where do I ...

New Adelaide Editor on Emporis
Hello everyone, I've already informed our colleagues on SSC, and now I would like to inform you about my promotion to Editor level on Emporis. It has been an ambition of mine to represent Adelaide since I first went on Emporis a few years ago. I will do my best to represent our great city, and curre...

That's alot to digest there... i'll have to come back to your other points. Just like to comment on your first paragraph... I believe that South Rd should not be upgraded as it the cost of upgrading the road alone would be a lot of money, not to mention the chaos it would cause to divert all the pe...

I support the government's idea of extending the light rail service to Port Adelaide in principle. Because I am against transforming the current rail tracks to accomodate trams. I would be a much better idea and probably cost the same to send the trams down the middle of Port Road. Port Road has an ...

I'll laugh if this becomes an election issue. It is, the liberals are against the tram extension. I find the liberals approach to this issue childish, and just oppossing a good project for the sake of oppossing the government. What makes this the more ridiculous is that when Kerin, Olsen and Brown ...

I find the idea of restaurants in Rundle Mall an excellent idea, that will hopefully stimulate pedestrian traffic in the Mall after dark. And I don't understand why everyone hates the Myer Centre. Whilst it's colour scheme is a bit different, it is much better than the old Myer building which was ti...

I completely support this idea. I think that it is a first step in making the CBD more illuminated. Currently it is overtly dim, which does not create a vibrant impression.

Thankfully after so many setbacks, this project will now hopefully proceed, however with all council projetcs I will get excited when I see action at the site. The new bus station like the old airport is an embarrassment for this state. First impressions do last, and I sincerely hope that this new b...
