had a drive on it last week, to quote a Seinfeld episode, "these wide lanes are so luxurious!". I seemed to be the only car on there, enjoyed the view of the city too. It's a nice piece of road, unfortunately its over very quickly though.

Just received an email from SACA stating that the Sheffield Shield final will be played at Gliderol Stadium should the Redbacks earn the right to host. Les Burdett to prepare the outfield and wicket. Trust that the first time there have been multiple events at AO in a short space of time, the Redbac...

I'm curious to know, I live off Henley Beach not too far from the termination of Marion Road, and I commute to Christies Beach for work twice per week. My usual route is tapley's hill road onto Brighton Road onto Lonsdale Highway. I used to take Marion Road and get onto South Road and then onto Lons...

How did Wanganeen get a stand named after him? Gavin Wanganeen is one of the best South Australian players in the modern era and that is always down played in this state because he didn't play for the damn Crows :wallbash: This is why he's name deserves to be up there in big letters! SANFL Port Ade...

Re: News & Discussion: Adelaide Airport & Airlines
was it always AAL's intention to fit out the plaza with all of these additional features like shops and water features? I'm not opposed to it as the empty plaza is a total waste of space but the whole construction process seems very disjointed and leads me to believe the add on's were an after-thoug...

^^ Have you sat in the outer at hindmarsh? It's woeful. One of the worst sporting experiences i've ever had was sitting in the outer northern stand a few weeks ago in the blistering sun. There is absolutely no shade over 75% or that ground's seating area. The first thing it needs is some form of sha...

Geeze i'm sick of hearing people on here moan about poor SACA member attendance, and complaining about the SACA members' entitlements that sports fans of the general public miss out on. I've got news, that's the whole point of being a member of ANY organisation. You pay for certain rights that the g...

I really like that theyve stuck with the red seat contrast all the way round. does anyone know if the red tier in the eastern stand will also be members only for cricket matches?
