The one from 'The Gallery' is what I heard.
That's the same one, but it will probably stay there for altitude.

Unlikely, probably that crane will stay there for the altitude building.

Which site will that be ? The only one that's coming down it at Lot 8 Coglin Place and that's a hammerhead.

... If you look closely on some of the photo's you can see the small lights that project onto the panels above. Does anyone know how the bottom row of panels work ? ... If you look further back in the thread I think someone explained the bottom row is just to shield the next row up from interferrin...

Re: Approved: Latitude (12lvl - 42m)

They've opened up a sales office in one of those shops near the beach house. They've have some new
renders there which look pretty sweet. (these renders are not displayed on the Urban construct web site).

Is anyone up to going into the office and trying to get some info on sales, time frames, etc ?

Re: Glenelg Entertainment Complex (New Magic Mountain)

I wasn't a great fan of this idea... but now I seriously think they should replace that hideous eyesore ferris wheel with a 50 or 60m wheel, it would have great views of the ocean, surrounding area, city skyline and hills. Though it must have a modern and appealing design compared to the piece of j...

Re: #Official Crane Counter Thread

The boom on 20 HS went up today.

Does anyone know of any other cranes likely to be installed over the next month or so. We need one to replace
Lot 8 as this will surely be coming down soon.

[COM] Re: #U/C: Rundle Convergence

The testing last night went for about 3 hours or so. I arrived there at 8pm and saw it going and I reckon they finished about 11pm. These times are only estimates though. I'd say the next likely time for testing would be monday night but I wouldn't put money on it. I live in the hostel right next do...

I think we've already lost the boring & dull stereotype... There's heaps of good things
happening in adelaide at the moment.

I saw the testing as well and took some photos. They didn't come at that well but there better than nothing. It looked ok tonight however when I was there they only had 25% or so of the panels illuminated. It will look better when the whole thing is working. If you look closely on some of the photo'...

Re: Tour king Armstrong saddling up for SA

Great news.... Biggest event in SA's sporting history. Predictions are the event will be twice as big next year as a result of this. Lance Armstrong confirms for the tour down under and Adelaide united go through to the semi finals of the Asian Champions leagure. Two great international events for a...

Crane base installed but I wouldn't get too excited yet. With Aurora the crane base was installed in early May but the
crane was not installed until early July.

Don't go blaming the state.... He isn't blaming the state, and what he is saying is spot on. Nothing is ever done in Adelaide to its fullest potential. We always have things watered down. God its pathetic. We can't even get a tiny bloody ferris wheel up, because it's sooo technologically advanced f...

Im guessing they may do some some testing earlier. Anyone know? i think the trick will be to keep an eye on the webcam - i'm sure there will be several hours of testing across a few evenings... I live right opposite in the student hostel and I haven't seen any testing so far. I'll keep my eye out a...
