Re Intercontinental, I totally agree. I don’t know if the cost of this would be realistic but glazing over the building in a similar quality glass as the Casino would be very sleek. It has an interesting shape, it just needs a facelift. Are you going to pay for it ?? Do you have any idea how much t...

The liberal government have made a big mistake here. Only hope now is that labor get voted In at the 2022 election and bring the event back.

Australia's first 'legal' casino was in Hobart in '73. Darwin got theirs in '79. Melbourne got Crown in '94. Don't know about the rest. Fun fact - never been in one. I remember in the early days of the adelaide casino there was a formal dress code, with jeans, sneakers and t-shirts not acceptable. ...

2000 jobs is an impressive figure. We had a labor government for about 10 years and they were never able to lure big companies to setup in adelaide.

Would it be possible that the painters working on this building could also use white paint on the concrete edges on the Adelaidean ?
Honestly a bit of paint would make the whole building look a lot better.

My mail is that there's a good chance that adelaide will get the boxing day test, as its unlikely that melbourne will be able to host it. Unlike the Grand Prix, I think it's very likely this will happen. If there is to be a GP next year in Australia it would be in Melbourne in October or November. ...

I just find it poor planning by Adeladean to not buy the corner plot, I understand views aren't guaranteed but developers choose blocks to maximise profits, so you build opposite parks, next to heritage etc. Adelaide is surrounded by parks, yet our tallest buildings have views of an other building ...

After this building goes up there's not much else on the horizon. That east terrace building called momentum appears to be dead.
