There is no date on the document but the guy I spoke to said it's exaclty what is going out to potential investers/buyers over the next month or so. I'm hoping it is accuarate.

I have just received the 76 page document going out about this developement in the near future. It sounds much bigger then first thought and has now been given a name "Spire". Construction is to start by the end of June and should be completed by the end of September 2007. I am not sure of...

This building looks modern but in a really good way. It will be great to have another tall building on our main street. and near Santos too, as this will get rid of the big gap between Telstra and Santos in the skyline

In the Sunday Mail yesterday there was an article about all the developements in the CBD and referred to the Bentham apartments at only 25 stories. Is that correct? I thought I was higher than that even when it got reduced in height.

Construction has started on 5 storey office/apartment building on the corner or Greenhill/Goodwood Road. Looks like it will be pretty good when its finished.

Has anyone heard any updates on this project? Has any demolision happened at the site or any progress at all?

When I was coming through Victoria square this morning it looked like CC1 is up to level 19 but didn't get close enough to confirm.

I think they will need to do more then upgrade things to make Elizabeth better. Maybe some crime prevention programs and other programs to help disadvantaged people otherwise it will just be a small patch over a massive hole so to speak.

I know that there will be a Big W there of 35,000sq m's.
