Re: #Article : Adelaide CBD highest net absorption ever

BHP seeking an additional 20,000sqm + their existing 10,000sqm is quite a lot of office space for a private company in Adelaide, if not potentially the largest single investment by one. Usually it is Government departments who take up the bulk of large-scale office space requirements in the CBD. I'm...

Re: CBD Development: General

It is encouraging news and I enthusasitically congratulate and support the Lord Mayor and the ACC for pushing ahead with these reforms to improve Adelaide's alfresco dining experience. However, as noted previously, their real potential can only be truly realised if they are adopted in tandem with re...

[COM] Re: #VIS: Oaklands Rail Overpass

When they rebuilt the station back in 2006, DTEI (now DPTI) told the public that the station was built in a way that would avoid it having to be rebuilt again when the Oaklands level crossing was to be eliminated. Fast forward 6 yea...

[COM] Re: U/C: 58-76 Franklin St | 19, 16 & 10 | Office, Res and c

Although not that tall, it appears to be quite a wide tower across the Franklin Street frontage. Seeing as the developer behind this is the same one as 400KWS, if they can create the same kind of effect, and use good quality glass, I think it'll turn out to be pretty good.
