Yeah. One of the views that they're selling on is this one below. I doubt they're going to let some student accom steal that million dollar view. A significant amount of the views shown in that document are going to be obstructed. I doubt they'll let that happen without a fight.

I really love the hammerhead. It really compliments the design and will be something hopefully my grandkids can look at proudly.

I’m guessing the apartments are at 80%+ due to being under construction but does anyone know the exact occupancy percentage?
