If Im not mistaken the actual "vision" the ACC has is for the torrens precinct to be full of bars and cafes.
As long as they bend over and take it from Anne Moran each and every time, I cant see their "vision" becoming reality.

Was just watching the news on ten. They showed a shot of the skyline from across the river torrens, really put it into perspective what an impact this would have.
