If Im not mistaken the actual "vision" the ACC has is for the torrens precinct to be full of bars and cafes.
As long as they bend over and take it from Anne Moran each and every time, I cant see their "vision" becoming reality.

does any1 know why that big ugly graffiti covered concrete slab is still standing in the middle of the tracks? :?: LOL, everything was supposed to be teared town last year when they started the project. I have no idea why it's still there. That wall will come down next month sometime when they star...

Was just watching the news on ten. They showed a shot of the skyline from across the river torrens, really put it into perspective what an impact this would have.
