To me it's an achievement just to have buildings of this height in this area I've always said, rightly or wrongly , the real dollars will be saved for an iconic 50 storey closer to the heart of the city. Part of it will be funded by state and/or federal government grants. Just like the Crows are getting $15 million for their "new home" (even though they have a base at West Lakes) from the federal government. And just like almost every other AFL club gets money for similar things. The debt has grown...
