Also I am obviously an infrequent user, however I would suggest the reason the narrowing of the superway to 2 lanes at GJR is not causing issues at present is because it is rarely very busy now. Things will change dramatically when it connects on to the Northern connector, and I reckon this pinch p...

I don't see how you can add extreme limits to someone's land without compensation because you have an unfunded plan in the future to change things maybe. People are allowed to build new houses on their land, that is part of what owning land entitles you to. The owner will be paid market value plus ...

South rd has changed to 2 x lanes northbound, 2 x lanes right turn into Regency. Was previously 3 x northbound, 1 x right turn.

Line marking has been changed at South Rd/Regency intersection - Initial observation seems to be quite an improvement on what was a bottleneck.

I noticed they are reclaiming a heap of land over on the Port Wakefield Rd side of the salt pans, does this have anything to do with the NC project?

Just a thought bubble, have they considered having 2 way traffic on the service road? Implementing it at the Torrens and Regency intersections might be a bit tricky though.

Re. T2T landscaping, they’ve just installed pop-up sprinklers along the southbound surface road off ramp, I think we should wait and see the final product.

It’s fine. There would be an expectation that the bridge would be a standard height, same goes for power lines
