Sounds like it's on track for a June demolition

Don't think there is much to be worried about. Last we heard demolition works were beginning in June, and the site is changing in a way that reflects that timeline.

After pressing ICD on what is going on with this project, they have said on their linked in page that demolition will occur after May or from mid year. I guess just since last we heard demolition was commencing in November 2022, and that came and went without much of anything happening. I'm quite confident this will go ahead, having I believe over 95% of apartments sold.

Demolition has progressed with mostly just the facade left. Covered in Synergy Construct signage too so I expect to see it go up quickly.

Will be great to see this and Market Square go up. Will be glad to see Grote St not be a low rise street in the centre of a CBD.
