The Black Stump Idea

Heres my Idea too radical for Adelaide... What if they used the same panels from the Rundle Lantern and placed them on the Black Stump to brighten it up and make it colorful? It'd be a little retro but it would look amazing at night time. :D
Don't burn the Adelaide Parkland (preservation society)

I'm sure the people who work in there will love to have their view replaced by a view of the back of an LCD panel.

At least one of the buildings nearby is apartments, they might not be happy either.
