minor update of forum backend.. testing testing 123.

The old forum layout returns!! Yay!

Looks like we went back to an older theme. Not that I mind, this one is better.

The only thing is, some of the plugins won't run on this theme. Like "With Thanks", I need to check what else is broken, but if you guys prefer this theme i'll keep it.

Hey Howie, the navigation breadcrumb across the top of the page isn't complete, you can click on the index but not in the current section you're in.

Seems as though the breadcrumb navigation is still not working correctly. Nothing below board index isn't showing.
