New development forum category

Gidday guys!

The number of stickies was getting out of hand so i thought it'd be a good idea to split it up.

Hopefully this will make it alot cleaner.

Looks better already. One of our members AG, came up with the suggestions for the categories though

so he deserves alot of the credit.

I actually think alot of the threads/topics did not need to be sticky

okay that's fair enough.... which ones would you guys preferred stickied?

Good ideas all...for me I'd keep the MAJOR developments stickified like CCT1, Low/mid rise etc etc and any others that you might think are 'major'.

Small stuff don't need it.

Now that it's been divided into subforums, I don't think we need any stickies. It'll be rare that major developments fall off the first page or so now.
