December or January would be right - I moved into my house in late November, and it was several weeks before the agent took down the SOLD sign, which is still up in the photo I looked at today. Also looked at our family's first Adelaide house in Para Hills, much different from how it was in 1971 (or even 1998, when my Dad emigrated to Ireland) - and in Google Earth, I can see the extensions added at the back!

Strangely they seem to have blurred out some peoples faces but not others.

This is absolutely amazing! My heart skipped a beat when I saw my house. Incredible. It kinda sucks though because the garage door was opening as the photos were taken. What are the chances of that happening! Ahh well. I'm still in awe.

Thought this is probably the closest relevant thread.
According to Google Maps, Adelaide has been renamed to "Adelaide Street Circuit". A reference to hoon driving in the city perhaps?

Look what I've found in my SV travels:
An Ex-Sydney Mercedes bendibus! (1350)
Vermeer Woodchipper (situated in Golden Grove)
Formula Honda (since relocated to Modbury on Hire Mate site). This image proves that the Street View car took the pictures in late 2007 to early 2008!

Looked at my house and the wheelie bin was down the driveway & not facing the kerb like all the others!
On what days were the images taken? I am trying to find the cars that I have if it is possible...

Not sure where to put this but Near Maps has recently updated for June.
Some great views of recent developments throughout Adelaide, particularly in the Multiview option.
