Imagine the bldg without the blue section! I like it, though as someone said, it does look a bit dated - fits in well with the other bldgs however.

They aren't mucking around, boom and A frame are gone, they are lifting the motor now. I wouldn't be surprised if the counterweights, deck and cabin are all gone tonight, with the climbing collar and tower gone tomorrow.

Off the top of my head, I think it's still the sales office-y thing fronting North Tce, and that's all so far. Bank St. is still a bit of a mess on the east side, so I wouldn't expect any tenants to start moving in until they had access of their own.
