46 apartments sold.
so the contract has been executed? because that isn't what Watpac is suggesting.
I would be amazed if anyone would commence an apartment complex with only 46 of 180 apartments sold, especially with the sales rate being achieved at Rowlands.

According to the project's official website, more than 50% of apartments have been sold and that construction is already underway.

I walked past the other week and nothing, sounds strange, not sure if its a marketing tactic or not.
It was only the other month they had just sold 46, so to be over 78 now seems odd aswell.
Found this article aswell.

This one can definitively be changed to SWP: as there continues to be plenty of work onsite.

I'm not so sure about construction on this one starting yet.
They cleared off the top part of the old building, but left the underground carpark along with its concrete roof. Yesterday a new wire link fence went up with the poles mounted onto this concrete roof. This seems odd if the plan was to remove this underground structure any time soon which leaves me wondering if actually they have enough sales of apartments.

I thought they were going to use the existing underground car park?

Yeah i think so too. If they had plans to remove it, they would have done so by now.

The plans I saw had the removal of the underground carpark, and the replacement being dug deeper along with the foundations for the building.
That might have changed though the entrance to the carpark was in a different location to where it is currently.
